Welcome to the home of groove. Welcome to the website of Kevin Kirkpatrick. I am based out of Franklin, TN but will go anywhere, anytime that great bass playing is required. I am an experienced musician who knows how to groove in country, rock, r&b, and jazz styles-both modern fusion and traditional. I specialize in helping artists make their live performances and records sound amazing. My vision on the bass is to have a unique and creative
voice that adds something special to the performance, while staying out of
the way of the vocals or other melodies. I listen to the artist or producer to give them what they want, I am not there to serve my ego. When you need a solid foundation, yet also don't want the run of the mill bass sound, I am your man. This site is your gateway to hearing samples of my work, learning about the amazing gear that I use to get fat, deep tones either live or in the studio, and also learning about the services that I offer. Along with sessions and gig work, I also offer private lessons either at my Franklin studio, or via webcam.  |
